West Lake Village Traffic...Where is it going???

With the closure of so many of the Avenues across Hollywood Boulevard, does this mean that the 1000's of cars that come and go to/from West Lake Village will now be re-routed to 13th Avenue? This can mean an additional 500-2000 cars per day on 13th Avenue. Don't forget. Every car that leaves must return. And every visitor must leave.
